Client Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted, long-lasting customer relationships
- Work with senior executive leadership to develop market growth strategies, opportunities and plans.
- Drive organic, green-field growth through direct and channel partnerships
- Manage, develop and nurture strategic relationships with key partners
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Work with marketing to align on and provide input on marketing plans
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- 1 – 3 years experience as an Account Manager, Engagement Manager or similar role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
