Client Account Manager

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Work with senior executive leadership to develop market growth strategies, opportunities and plans. 
  • Drive organic, green-field growth through direct and channel partnerships
  • Manage, develop and nurture strategic relationships with key partners
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Work with marketing to align on and provide input on marketing plans
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • 1 – 3 years experience as an Account Manager, Engagement Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
